Mmmh …. what a lovely smell!

Every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday we bake organic bread made of locally grown wheat, spelt and rye in our wood-fired oven. On our shelves you will find the known rye bread “Puschtra Breatl” with fenugreek, our famous and excellent house bread as well as sweet breads, biscuits and crackers.

Seasonal organic vegetables and fruits, selected wines, liqueurs, beer and other organic or Demeter products complete the range.

We use organic cereals (Demeter) from own cultivation only.

Stone mill

Stone mill

To guarantee that 100% of our precious grain is included in our bread we grind our cereals from our own cultivation in a stone mill just before baking them.

We love our planet: that’s why we use only the renewable resource wood for baking our bread.
