It all began with farming...

We have been engaged in bio dynamic farming in the Dolomites in South Tyrol for 30 years. The fundamental idea of Rudolf Steiner is always at the centre of our work. Raw products, such as top-quality cereals and potatoes, are processed into flours, bread, pastries and much more. For the past 30 years, we have invested a lot of energy in biodynamic farming and we try to make a contribution to the environment and society.

Small, but of the highest quality...

Our selection of freshly milled wheat, spelt and rye flour may be modest, but it is characterised by its fineness. All flours are milled in our in-house stone mill, which gives them an unrivalled taste and high nutritional value. The germ is retained in all our flours, which further emphasises their value. The grain comes from our own farm, which guarantees the freshness and purity of our products.

Pan des Dolomites combines tradition and innovation.

We bake our Pan des Dolomites in our wood-fired oven every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. This traditional baking method gives our bread a unique aroma, while at the same time ensures that absolute freshness can be maintained for several days.
